She is also in first grade.

They wiggled their butts. They really did.
I almost cried. Instead I laughed.
It just doesn't get better than this.
Except maybe when she snuggles with me at home and whispers, "You're the best Mommy in the whole wide world, Mom."
Then I smile and say, "You're the best Vicki in the whole entire universe, Vicki."
Then usually some hugging is involved. Or, maybe some giggling. Often, both.
